The Continuous Automatic NC Membrane Lamination NM006-1 is table-top machine used to laminate reel format NC membrane on sheet format backing cards automatically. The backing cards is put on the convey belt manually.
Product Features
1. Standard type suit for uncut sheet width from 50 to 100mm, length 280 to 310mm.
2. High precision NC membrane lamination secured by design of automatic deviation-correction device, the membrane will get through this device which can correct the displacement while puling and laminating the NC membrane.
3. Adopt Panasonic PLC, optical fiber sensor and stepper motor, to support the equipment to run 7x24 hours with high stability.
4. Simple adjustment by rotating screw rod adjusting wheel, make it easy and convenient to change between different products.
5. Simple to layout for individual production workpoint or you can align it to the large scale production line.
6. With artificial intelligence control and automatic photoelectric tracking system, when there is no matieral coming, it will stop automatically, it only starts working when there is material coming.
7. Counting function available for the convenience of production management.
